Nashville writers' round

About
This Evening in the Atrium brings a beloved Nashville tradition—a writers’ round—south from Tennessee to North Carolina, gathering three friends and songwriters for an intimate night of stories, harmony, and shared humanity.

Jenn Bostic’s soulful blend of pop, gospel, and blues has carried her songs to audiences around the world. Her beloved “Jealous of the Angels,” written in the wake of her father’s passing, has gone #1 in seven countries and continues to meet listeners in moments of grief and grace. From the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman Auditorium to Lincoln Center and Royal Albert Hall, Jenn’s voice carries a rare mix of strength and tenderness.

Kyshona’s work sits at the intersection of roots, R&B, folk, and soul—music shaped by her years as a music therapist and her deep commitment to collective healing. Her songs invite listening as an act of care, reflection, and courage. From her album Listen to her most recent project Legacy, tracing five generations of her family’s history, Kyshona’s music reminds us that stories—when told honestly—can restore what feels fractured.

Tiffany Thompson brings her own cinematic, hope-forward songwriting into the circle—music rooted in everyday mysticism, emotional clarity, and the belief that songs can help us feel steadier, lighter, and less alone. Her work lives in the quiet space between longing and resolve, asking what it means to keep choosing love, faith, and presence in a complicated world.
Together, these three friends create a night that feels like a gift: voices weaving in harmony, stories offered freely, and a room held gently by song.
Come early. Settle in. Let the music unfold slowly.
